Designer
Plan functional, sustainable, and visually appealing outdoor spaces, combining creativity, technical knowledge, and client communication.

- Landscape design or horticulture experience (formal education preferred)
- Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, and site conditions
- Designing for Northern California climates, including drought-tolerant and native plants
- Fire-safe and eco-friendly design
- Design tools: sketching, digital design, or CAD
- Ability to read site plans
- Strong communication and organization
Foreman
Lead on-site crews and make sure installation is safe, efficient, and true to the plan. A leadership role that blends management with hands-on work.

- Installation or construction experience
- Knowledge of hardscape, planting, irrigation, and grading
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Experience supervising crews and keeping the jobsite safe
- Daily planning, problem-solving, and clear communication
- A valid driver's license (often required)
Labor
Support installation and maintenance work. Entry-level to skilled, with room to grow.
Landscaping experience is a plus but not required. On-the-job training is provided.
